BC1 is for athletes with moderately affected movement in the arms and shoulders and highly affected in trunk and legs.

Athletes overcome poor trunk control and sitting balance to throw with purposeful direction.


 Boccia - BC1 is a competition class at the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympics - LA28
