Movement and coordination highly affected in the trunk, forearms and legs, with the shoulders moderately affected.

Movement affected to a high degree in the trunk, legs and hands.

Movement and coordination affected to a high degree on one side of the body, one arm and both legs.

 

H1 is for hand-cyclists that have highly affected movement in the trunk, legs and hands.

All generate power just using their upper arms and shoulders. Some may use devices to assist with grip.
