Movement of the hip joint moderately affected.

The absence of both lower legs.

Absence of one forearm and one lower-leg on opposite sides.

 

C3 riders include those with coordination affected at a low level, movement moderately affected in the hips, or the absence of two limbs.

Riders in this class have diminished power delivery and steering ability. Generally they are able to ride out of the saddle when needed.
