SB5 is for breaststroke swimmers with movement highly affected in the lower trunk and legs, those with short stature, or the absence of limbs.

These swimmers have difficulty maintaining a smooth swimming speed because of the way power is designed to alternate from the arms to the legs in breaststroke.


 Swimming - SB5 is a competition class at the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympics - LA28
