T13 is for runners with a visual impairment.

Their vision is constricted to a radius of less than twenty degrees, and/or the ability to recognise a tennis-ball sized object at a maximum of five metres.

 Athletics - T13 (T12/13) is a competition class at the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympics - LA28
